Ron Pierro is the second generation owner, working in this business over 35 years, Ron was determined to establish Pierro’s
Jewelers as a “benchmark” for professionalism and sound business practices. Ron continues to be active in community and
industry organizations. Pierro’s Jewelers has membership in the Independent Jewelers Organization, the largest independent
jeweler’s organization in the world, where the staff attends various educational seminars each year. Ron’s goal is to offer
his customers the best possible service and quality merchandise for the next 50 years.

Bonnie often mistaken as "Mrs. Pierro", because Bonnie works so effortlessly with Ron Pierro over many years. Bonnie is
a certified sales associate for over 14 years. She co-manages the jewelry store and loves to match her customer’s personality
with the uniqueness of the jewelry. Bonnie is well known throughout Bradenton for her many years of dedication, not only
to Pierro’s Jewelers, but also for her love of mankind and dedication to God.

Cathy joined the Pierro team three years ago coming from a lifetime in the medical industry. She acts as office manager/bookkeeper
handling all the daily accounting activities and inventory control. While continuing to learn about the jewelry industry
and helping by working with many of the wonderful customers, she also is being challenged by learning more innovative ways
of dealing with the computer and streamlining systems within our store.

Mike has been our bench jeweler for more than six years. His daily diligence, extreme patience and desire for perfection
makes him a “jewel” to work with. He strives for making the best... better. He continues to hone his skills through continuing
education at various workshops throughout the country.

Cynthia is our newest sales associate and comes into our business with jewelry and gemstone knowledge. Cynthia is also working
with Mike Stevens as a jeweler's apprentice. She aspires to have a “certified” knowledge of gems and expand her creativity
in jewelry design. Her obvious love for fine jewelry makes her a valuable asset to the Pierro family.
